Huntley Ford wants everyone to be able to use this website and visit the store. This statement explains how we work toward that, where we fall short, and how to reach us when something gets in your way.

Our commitment

We want this website to work for people who use screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, or a keyboard instead of a mouse, and for anyone on a phone, tablet, or computer.

The standard we work to

We build and test this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, and we use WCAG 2.2 as our working target. The website has not been audited by an independent reviewer, so we do not claim that it fully conforms.

What we do

  • Every page is checked with automated accessibility testing and the W3C HTML checker before it is published.
  • Pages are tested with a keyboard alone, and at phone and desktop sizes.
  • Text and buttons use color combinations chosen for contrast.
  • Images that carry information have text descriptions, and every form field has a label.

Known limitations

Some tools on this website are provided by other companies, and we cannot fully control how accessible they are:

  • the Accu-Trade trade-in offer
  • Ford’s online service scheduler
